Have lunch in a famous restaurant of Bordeaux, said to be a temple of gastronomy!
In the afternoon, discover the biggest vineyard of fine wines in the world : Médoc, Graves or Sauternes. Visit a winery : the Château and its cellars followed up by a wine-tasting. Throughout these visits in vineyards, you will appreciate the wealth of its castles Kirwan, Smith Haut Lafitte... and in its cellars, you will savour a wine in infinite nuances.
Gastronomic dinner near the hotel. Night.
In the morning: breakfast followed by a visit to the Saint-Emilion medieval town. Place where lived Ausone, Saint-Emilion manifests perfect harmony between an architecture taken out from the rock and its prestigious vineyard.
Free time to visit the medieval city : the Collegial church, the Cave of the monk Emilion, catacombs, the Monolithic church...
Visit of a winery, its domain and cellars followed by a wine tasting : Pavie, Frank Mayne, Quercy, Bel Air...
