The bay of Arcachon will be the priviledged place to discover a rich region where you will appreciate the charming natural heritage that has been kept intact, a succession of small harbours and quiet beaches where contrast oyster farms to lovely villas, pinasses (local boat) to sailboat, the charm of the banc d’Arguin to the high dune sand of Pilat.
The bay is and will remain an invitation to picturesque and "joie de vivre" thanks to its assets.

Day 1 : Arcachon

Arrival in the begining of the afternoon, welcome and installation at Hotel Kyriad 2* in Arcachon, situated in a quiet area close to the beach (150 m). The hotel is air-conditioning, all the rooms are equipped with a complete bathroom, a television, direct telephon. A private car park is available.
Dinner at a restaurant close to the hotel. Night.

Day 2 : Arcachon and the Cap-Ferret

After breakfast departure to one of the jetties (according to visits opening hours) for a guided visit of the bay by boat. This visits focuses on the mythic place of the bay that is the Ile aux Oiseaux. Symbol of the bay, this wonderful place will delight you with its shracks on stilts ("Cabanes tchanquées") and thousands birds. Your visit continues with the other charming places of the bay and then a stopover at the Cap-Ferret where you will have free time to stroll in this narrow strip of sand between the Atlantic Ocean and the bay. Discover the nice villas hidden at the shade of pines or walk to the Ocean. 
The way back to Arcachon is made by boat (regular lines). In the evening, you will be welcomed in the best restaurant of Arcachon for a gastronomic dinner where you will discover local specialities together with Bordeaux wines. Night.

Day 3 : Arcachon and surroundings

Breakfast at the hotel and then day free. We suggest you to visit extraordinary sites such as the Pilat Dune (110 meters high) that overviews all the bay so where you can observe the Banc d'Arguin, the fabulous villas in the Winter Town of Arcachon and the Parc Ornithologique in Teich. Free time for lunch. End of our services.
